Good conversation is always a plus, especially when you know what you're talking about.
I seem to fall for tall guys, long or unique hair (especially dark or crazy colored), nice eyes, nice smile. However, I tend to be more attracted to the mind than the body (though it helps) and it's a deal-breaker if he's a moron.
Oh, and using the full keyboard in front of you and knowing what that little red squiggle under various words means is a pet peeve of mine.
