Think of it as jumping ahead weeks at a time by abolishing all the "He's nice, but I don't know anything about him" nonsense. I don't want to play social games, I want to speak frankly and comfortably and learn who you are before we go on with other things that might create awkward situations. So I'd say a good first date would be coffee and a nice chat.

If you like Jazz, tell me, if you like horror movies, let me know, if you enjoy talking about dreams or nightmares you've had, that would be something I'd like to know. My biggest turn off is when someone holds back because they don't want to scare me off. I think it would be best for both of us if we both knew early on if we were compatible or not. It would just get worse if we dated for a month and you kept the fact that you are married, or have a kid from me. That kind of thing.
