I Would Describe Myself As I'm extremely mellow, laid-back, and can roll with life's punches. I'm shy, rather quiet, pensive, and a loner, but I get along well with others nonetheless. It may sometimes take me awhile to come out of my shell...at first--just be patient. I'm really quirky and don't 'fit in' anywhere, but that's OK...I stopped asking why FOREVER ago! I'm fashionably and musically eclectic, and I enjoy so much: animals, plants, museums, reading, the arts, cooking, hanging out, travel, cultural festivals, swimming, photography, martial arts (particularly capoeira), all kinds of sports--and life in general. I work full-time (and then some!) as a 911 dispatcher for the city of Petersburg. While it is by far the most, um, let's say INTERESTING job I've ever worked, it is equally the most stressful. Some nights I just want to jump out of the window!
