Well into my metal, and play in a band myself, kinda helps a bit. Best bands ever, KSE, Lamb of God, Disturbed, and Metallica of cource... oh, and DIO, they may be old and decrepid, but good music.
General lifestyle of mine consists of Work, sleep, a good natter with my mates at the pub, then on to a club and rock out till someone passes out (never me). Though, a night in is allways good every so often too.
