Basic Information Tell us a bit about yourself.

I Would Describe Myself As I'm Vic 'Sox' Croll, the founder member and original guitarist and writer (first 3 albums) of the UK thrash/hardcore band Concrete Sox (try vic_sox at mispace page). I was born & currently reside in Nottingham. As well as playing & writing, I'm an unqualified sound engineer (I attended a 1 year course at The Marcus Garvey Centre in the early 80's but only completed 75% of it). I recently did the P.A. for 'Poundaflesh' at their re-union gig in Derby, UK (above Lifeline Tattoo Studio). I also do the merchandise and provide stage security for Discharge (one of my fave bands, how cool's that?)as well as promotional work for The Hobgoblin in Camden, London (Goth/Punk/Metal venue). I have 2 sons, Murray, 17 & Jay, 16. Both, like myself, play guitar. I've recently decided to restart the band with a new line-up, with myself being the only original member. Not surprisingly, the music's gonna be pretty much the same as before with a few tweaks. The line-up's no't finalised yet as I'm still looking for that 'killer' drummer (ex-members need not apply). Oh, yeah, forgot to mention, I'm a nice lad ;)
