My Goal In Life Is I just recently came back from spending two months exploring Africa… climbing to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro and seeing the sun-rise over the frozen glacier; experiencing the sublime touch of a massive Silver Back gorilla on a mountain-side cliff in Rwanda as he passed me on a narrow cliff-side path, jumping off a 500 ft tower over the Ugandan Nile and feeling the closest thing to free I’ve ever felt. It was so beautiful.

But recently I've come to realize that what's most valuable over all else is connection... Honestly, people can sometimes be a bit of an intractable puzzle for me, but the more time I spend connecting and meeting and exploring, the more amazing and beautiful what there is to be found there. I love the amazing music that people make together… either in conversation, in dance or in love.
