Many just ignored her plight, a plethora of stagnant excuses in tow,

She cloaks herself in her shame, begging for the dawn,

The night swallows her, constricting her strained voice,
A veil of inky blackness,
She is but a whisper in the night enveloped by her own fears,
Hiding afraid and alone, forcing the tears back,
Hiding the wet streaks that betray her selfish agony to everyone,
She pauses in confusion; these tears are not her own,

Suddenly a flash of light divides the heavens,
A raging tempest across the darkened sky,
The resounding thunder lifts her weary gaze,
Around her the shroud pulls back for but a moment,
Around her the nights terrible splendor is made manifest,
She closes her eyes in disbelief, while the cold rain washes over her,

Heavens tears rip asunder the grimy mire encrusting her,
Opening eyes of brilliant shining blue,
The filth that blinded her for an eternity of suffering dissolves,
The storm rejuvenates her withered spirit,
The storm reveals to her the true essence from within,
She stares awestruck into the face of the night she’s hated for so long,

The entrancing shadows stare back; a reflection of her very soul,
Its intensity pierces the façade she crafted in waiting for the dawn,
The false light of day she no longer desires,
Standing tall and beautiful, no longer the wretched creature she despises,
Standing tall and beautiful, her arms stretch out cured of their atrophy,
She holds her head high fearless and confident,
Her most treasured epiphany,
She embraces the darkness.

Hva ser du etter? Currently I'm just looking for new and interesting people to meet and befriend. Perhaps it will develop into something more, perhaps not. I'm a firm believer that another person will never fill the "hole" in your life and the only person who can truly "fix" you is yourself. Relationships are great but only if you keep these things in mind. I'm attracted to people who are outside of the norm, those with something to say who are still open-minded enough to listen to another's perspective of the world. I find the human race fascinating to be honest and have a friends with many different views and tastes. Variety is the spice of life so they say. So far as dating is concerned I'm only interested in women (especially those with a very strong character).
