Moved away for 15 years, including a year abroad in the Czech Republic on a Fulbright. After grad school at Ohio State University & moved back to St. Louis to raise two daughters who are college graduates and living on their own. I have Bachelor’s degrees in History, Political Science and Education, Master's in Educational Equity and Linguistics, as well as, a Doctorate in Social Justice & Sustainability. Don’t let the education level deter you hahaha. People describe me as kind, silly, energetic, hilarious, helpful, smart, and easygoing. I like to have fun, but I don’t play around.
Openminded yet have no space for bigotry. Politically independent but more left-leaning.
I enjoy singing and dancing about & will do so to just about any type of music from old jazz standards to top 40 pop. However, my fav would be punk rock & ska. Clearly, there are still some of us still out there!
I have traveled all across the US, been to 15+ countries and plan to go to more. Regularly get out of the city for the weekend to a cabin or explore another town.
TV is not always on in my house, but if it is I prefer documentaries or non-fiction.
I have a drum set that I like to play, but I don’t want to be in a band. I have done improv, standup, sketch comedy and also Voice Overs. A couple of my bad habits are cursing and interrupting people when I get excited about what they are talking about… but that doesn’t negate the fact that I am a good listener and empathetic friend. It should be mentioned as well that I have my own home that is tidy, a couple cars and am stable financially, mentally & emotionally. Looking for the same. Seeking a kind, honest, empathetic person who likes to travel,camp, hike, learn & of course go to shows.

Hvad leder du efter? Seeking a kind, honest, empathetic professional who is emotionally, financially and mentally stable. One who likes to travel abroad, camp, laze around a river, hike/walk, ride bikes, learn, read, go to museums & of course shows. Full sleeve/body tattoos are a plus. I enjoy yoga, stretching and self-reflection, along with just sitting quietly; it helps to keep me balanced. A partner interested in that might be nice.
