Je me décrirais comme Hmm, where to start. I recently finished college and I have a great summer job set up. I just moved to Portland and so far I love it here. I have a lot of ambitions in life; I'd rather roll up my sleeves and start something exciting than sit around all day watching television (I don't own one). That being said, I'm not a crazy workaholic and I know how to relax and enjoy life as well.

Many people seem to be more interested in pretending to be someone, than actually trying to work to become someone. I believe that hard work and creativity are fundamental components of being human. I love music; it's a huge passion for me. Listening to it, making it, seeing concerts even performing, music is an important component of my life. I lean strongly towards gothic/industrial music, but that doesn't mean that I listen to that exclusively. I compose/record music as well as dabble with strange instruments of my own design.

I also love history and maps. Maybe I'm a nerd. But history fascinates me because it's a gateway to understanding our world today. So many people are miserable because they feel isolated, cut off from the natural continuum of time and space. But by putting our lives in perspective, we can see things more clearly and make better decisions

What am I looking for? Someone in my age range, creative, idealistic, and interested in learning. Just someone new to talk to, really. Ask me questions - demand good answers. I love to discuss history, sciences, art, poetry, music, politics, human societies. I take care of myself physically and you should too. I have a morbid outlook at times but ultimately I'm a pretty positive person.

Un premier rendez-vous idéal, ce serait Something involving conversation and reflection, like a trip to a gallery or museum, getting tea or just a walk. If we feel good chemistry then something louder and more rambunctious might be in order, like going to a club or a live show.
J'ai toujours voulu essayer Rather than be an idle dreamer, I've done most of the things I've wanted to try, at least one. I still want to visit Europe someday, though.
